Master Food Preserver Program

Would you like to become A Master Food Preserver? The annual MFP certification course will be begin January 30th, 2012. The Class will meet on Monday Evenings from 6:00pm-9:30pm. The class price is $120.00, register early to ensure your spot in the class. If you are interested in joining the course please call the MFP office at 909-387-2194. A Master Food Preserver, also known as MFP, Volunteer provides assistance to the general public by telephone or in person at farmers' markets, county festivals, and other community events. MFP Volunteers also conduct monthly public demonstration workshops and holds an annual MFP certification course.

The Master Food Preservers offer public classes to teach the art and science of all phases of preserving food safely at home.
